Dr. Osman Sacarcelik was awarded the Research Award 2013 by the Foundation Capital Market Law for the Financial Centre Germany for his Ph.D. thesis. The award ceremony took place on 25 September 2013 in Berlin.
The Research Award is awarded for outstanding and practically relevant research in the area of capital markets law and financial regulation, particularly in relation to securitisation transactions. The foundation was established by the KfW Banking Group, an entity owned by the German Federal Government.
